6. Payments & Fees

Writing Services and Interview Coaching are payable in full upfront at the time of booking.
All other services (such as project management consultancy or coaching retainers) are priced and invoiced on a case-by-case basis, subject to mutual agreement.
Payments must be made by bank transfer or any method agreed in writing.
Late payments may incur interest or result in suspension of services.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of any scheduled session or service.
Refunds are not provided for completed services or sessions missed without notice.
For retained or ongoing services, terms are agreed separately.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality of service, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Uphoot shall not be held liable for:

Any indirect or consequential losses
Client decisions or outcomes resulting from coaching or consulting
Website downtime or interruptions

Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by UK law.
